Due to the restrictions imposed by logistics companies on the size of parcels,these rugs are vacuum packed, they need to be put flat for a week to recover to their original thickness, we are very sorry to bring you some inconvenience.

For the dust, you can just shaking off the surface or vacuum cleaning. It is recommended that you use vacuum cleaner, hand wash to prolong serve life.Preferably not machine washable (may cause delamination)
