PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.

Worldwide: • Shipping rates calculated at checkout via DHL Express & USPS based on weight and destination.

SHIPPING RATES

All orders qualify for FREE Economy Shipping worldwide. For faster delivery, Standard Shipping is available at $15.00. For worldwide destinations, rates are calculated at checkout via DHL Express or USPS.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. We cannot redirect packages once shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

For international orders (Canada, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia), please be aware:

Canada: • Customs Duties & Taxes: You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by Canadian customs • Customs Clearance: Shipments may be delayed for customs inspection and clearance • Fees Not Included: Any customs duties and taxes are NOT included in product prices or shipping charges • Payment: Customs fees must be paid directly to Canadian customs or postal service upon delivery • Non-Refundable: Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable, even if you return your order

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING DELAYS & LIABILITY

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Once your package is transferred to the carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. We will do our best to assist with any shipping issues.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@droponlineus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed at customs, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
