REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

• United States & Canada: 30 days from delivery • Europe (EU): 14 days statutory cooling-off period for online purchases, plus extended 30-day return window for defective or incorrect items • United Arab Emirates: 30 days from delivery • Saudi Arabia: 30 days from delivery


ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We accept returns for: • Defective or damaged products • Items that don't match the product description • Unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached

European Union customers also have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned: • Items marked as final sale • Personalized or customized products • Intimate apparel or hygiene products (for health and safety reasons) • Items removed from original packaging (except for inspection purposes in EU)


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS BY REGION

All Regions (United States, Canada, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia): • Customer pays return shipping for standard returns • We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at info@droponlineus.com within the return window for your region
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item(s) back to the return address provided
  5. Include your order number inside the package

REFUND PROCESSING

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return • Refunds are issued to your original payment method • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)


SHIPPING COST REFUNDS

All Regions: • Free Standard Shipping - No shipping charges to refund (all orders ship free) • Exception: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will reimburse your return shipping costs in addition to the product refund


EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for defective items or size/color swaps (subject to availability). Contact us at info@droponlineus.com to arrange an exchange. Replacement items will be shipped with free shipping to your region.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item: • Contact us at info@droponlineus.com within 7 days of delivery • Provide photos of the damage or defect • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund • We will cover return shipping costs by reimbursing your return shipping costs


WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong item: • Contact us at info@droponlineus.com immediately • Provide your order number and photos of the item received • We'll send the correct item with free shipping and reimburse your return shipping costs for the incorrect item


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Canada: • You are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns • Customs duties and import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable • You may incur additional customs fees when returning items to the United States • We cannot refund customs duties or taxes charged by Canadian customs for non-defective returns • Contact us before shipping to receive specific return instructions

Europe (EU/EEA): • You are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (except within 14-day EU cooling-off period) • For returns within the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply depending on your country • Returns from EU to US may be subject to customs processing • We cannot refund customs duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority for non-defective returns • Contact us before shipping to receive specific return instructions

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number
  4. Contact us at info@droponlineus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.


CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at info@droponlineus.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the item and then follow our return process if you wish to return it.

EU Customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under EU Consumer Rights Directive.
